Our neighborhood has covenants and restrictions that help to ensure the safety of the neighborhood and preserve the value of our homes.

These documents are located above for download.

Among them are:

• An expectation to keep your home in good condition, including:
• Mowing and maintenance of lawns
• Removing exterior holiday lights and decorations in a timely manner
• Submitting exterior paint colors and changes to your home to the HOA board for approval
• No boats or trailers parked in your driveway or on the street for extended periods of time.
• Adherence to the posted pool rules by all members and guests of your household
