Pool Opens for the 2024 Season on May 25th, 2024.

General Pool Rules

  • Only paying residents of Auburn Hills and their guests may use the pool. NO MORE THAN 5 GUESTS PER HOUSEHOLD.
  • All children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
  • Pool passes must be swiped individually. Once you swipe your pool pass, only you and your allotted guests may enter under your pool pass. DO NOT ALLOW anyone else to enter as they must utilize their own POOL PASS.
  • The pool gate may not be propped open.
  • Key cards are not to be placed next to the gate, so as to allow entry to anyone that walks up.
  • Adult Night is Thursday from 6:00pm-9:00pm. No children are permitted in the pool area during this time
  • Animals are not allowed in the pool area at any time.
  • No running or diving (including the deep end).
  • Glass containers are NOT PERMITTED in the pool area at any time.
  • There is NO SMOKING in the pool area.


Instructions for Lost Pool Pass

Replacement costs for lost pool pass is $25.

Agreement

If you plan to utilize the pool, once you swipe your pool pass you are agreeing to:


  1. Follow all policies and rules established by the AHHA-KC Board.
  2. Be compliant with current Kansas City Municipal Health Codes.
  3. Obey all rules and regulations


Waive, release, and hold harmless Auburn Hills, its Board members, and maintenance personnel from all claims arising from the use of the facilities.

Violations

If you witness any violations of the pool rules, please politely address the matter with the violator or forward a signed letter about the matter :

  1. with the violator; or
  2. contact a current board member: or
  3. swipe your pool pass THREE times to timestamp the incident; and
  4. forward a contact form about the matter via our “contact form” or email the board at board@ahha-kc.com


Any violations of any pool rules, either witnessed by a board member or provided to the Board in a signed letter, will result in immediate action.

  • First Offense: Pool pass will be suspended for three weeks.
  • Second Offense: Pool pass will be suspended for the remainder of the pool season.


These rules are in place for the safety and well-being of everyone’s children. We have a legal obligation to keep our pool well-maintained and compliant with Kansas City municipal health codes. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. 

PLEASE enforce these rules at home so that the Board of Directors is not forced to do so.
