The board accepts bids for both groundskeeping and pool care on an annual basis. If you are interested in submitting a bid for the upcoming season, send an email to the HOA Board at board@ahha-kc.com to obtain a list of required duties. All bids is due by April 1st of each year.
The following companies have been awarded contracts to maintain Auburn Hills HOA-owned properties for the 2025 season.
· Pool Maintenance – Johnson Pool Service, LLC
· Lawn Care and Landscaping- Warrior Lawn and Landscaping
Each associate will be mailed a statement of HOA dues not later than January 31st of each new year. Dues will need to be paid in full no later than March 1st, of that year in order not to be assessed a late fee.
The pool at this time does not allow residents or outside parties to reserve or rent for events.
16 yrs old and above, all children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
If you are a new resident and the previous residents did not leave behind their pool key, please submit through Contact Us. A member will reach out to you directly.

The board holds an annual meeting in April that is open to all residents that are current with their HOA dues.
